Return Process

  Visit any JB Hi-Fi store nationwide for an immediate assessment or initiate an online return through our website if your item was delivered by post.

  Technical Assessment

  For electrical goods and gadgets, our team will perform a brief functional check to determine if the item is eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement based on the nature of the issue.

• 4.
  Receive Resolution

  Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or you may opt for an exchange or JB Hi-Fi gift card for instant use.
